We have fabricated Agitated Vessel from 100 Ltr to 30,000 Ltr Top, Bottom Agitated, Limpet or Jacketed, Cooling & heating or Combination with external thermal Insulation Salient Features v Vessel designs as per ASME Codes & tested as per design pressures v Internal surface ground polished to 240 grit and then electropolished to obtain maximum sanitary conditions as per norms set. v Construction as per GMP standards v Aseptic Manway and Nozzle assembly v No Stagnant Points which will promote bacterial growth v Can be provided with Jacket, Spray Ball for CIP \ WIP, Temperature Indicators, Steam Traps, Vent Filters, Diaphragm Valve, Sanitary Valves and fittings, Level Controllers Etc. as per customer’s requirement v PLC operation can be provided on the request
